This very insightful article in Harvard Business Review asks the question “Why do we wait too long to train our leaders?” Whether the leaders in your business or organization are trained in leadership or not, they’ll still leaders!

The analogy used is that no athlete who is serious about their sport would continue to train without the guidance and experience of a coach that can train them properly, yet it happens every day in every sector of society.
